Is anyone else finding it difficult to level up charm for family members?

Is the game worth buying now?

I heared in the beginning there was performance problems, many bugs and such but since the game is out now for a good while i just wanted to ask if you feel its definetly worth getting now? Because im very interested in palaying these castle sieges, they look so cool on yt :D.
