Taking lords prisoner?

Have not played since war sails first released. What’s up with taking lords prisoner now? Before when you’d defeat a party it aways gave you the option, now it seems like half the time they just slip away somehow. It’s at the point where I take down the lords myself in battle and somehow they still get away. Is this new? I just want to build some relations 😭 submitted by /u/woodenfloor12 [link] [comments]

Tactics in battles?

I just basically hit F6 at the start to let the AI/sargeants take over control of their respective groups, then I just javelin the enemy heavy cav with my char or ride around the bulk of the enemy infantry tossing javelins at them or do hit-and-runs with the heavy executioner axe. I know this is not ideal but the command interface is very clunky inbattle. How do you guys take command of the battlefield?
