Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Console player— Haven’t played since release. Did they update the politics yet? Or is it still an unbearable mess

Feeling the urge to jump back in. Just want to know if anything has been updated or if it’s still a saves scumming nightmare.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
