Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Tips for commanding Fights

I am not too bad Tactically, but i only put in the starting formation mostly, because the Commanding my troops feels kind of wonky when playing.

Any tips on how to make commanding easier?

Tips on tactical formations, etc. are also appreciated.
