STUCK AT BEGINING OF WARSAILS

I escorted the merchants and fought off two ships in a sea battle . I'm on the Scourge of the Seas quest. It tells me to talk to Gunnar via a golden exclamation point. I go to talk to him and he says thst he is waiting on new." What do I do now? It seems as though there are no obvious prompts and the quest still exists. I need help specifically with advancing this quest...I can't believe I am stuck this early in the game. If anyone has any advice, I'm really desperate. Been a day since my mod released, but been receiving some messages saying "mod no work, pls fix" with no details.

So after I launched "town ceremonies" yesterday, some people on nexus mods commented and messaged me saying some variation of "mod no work, pls fix" without telling me what didn't work, crash or bugs. and others saying how awesome the mod is without detailing what they tried and if they tried it. So it would be really good if some of the ones who tried it could tell me if the mod worked for them or not and give me some details to work with.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
