Mod help

Hey guys, did a Google search but didn't have any luck on finding a fix.

Downloaded mods - works all find - suddenly it just stops working. It crashed every now and again never an issue then after one crash went to load up and just wouldn't work. Tried unistalling the mods, the fresh game install, everthing only I could find but no fix. Any suggestions?
