Your very first playthrough what faction did you join?

game stuck at custom low graphics

graphics are terrible. says its a custom preset. every time i change it to one of the better presets or change any setting, it either 1. just reverts the second i close the settings or 2. says its changed but the graphics stay bad. its not a mod issue ive tried removing them all.
