STUCK AT BEGINING OF WARSAILS

I escorted the merchants and fought off two ships in a sea battle . I'm on the Scourge of the Seas quest. It tells me to talk to Gunnar via a golden exclamation point. I go to talk to him and he says thst he is waiting on new." What do I do now? It seems as though there are no obvious prompts and the quest still exists. I need help specifically with advancing this quest...I can't believe I am stuck this early in the game. If anyone has any advice, I'm really desperate. Exhausted job options with the guildmaster. Wanted to know if it was a glitch.

I kept asking the guildmaster for jobs and after completing like 3-4 I can't ask him for jobs anymore, it doesn't pop up as an option. I would expect it to work like the lords where he would go "No I don't have any jobs for you" but the option for jobs does not appear. So I wanted to ask did I glitch out the guildmaster? If not do guildmasters have a set amount of jobs you can do for them before they're tapped out?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
