Your very first playthrough what faction did you join?

Fun campaign challenge ideas?

I've been doing a melee only, no horse, 1h only, and infantry only on bannerlord difficulty challenge which was fun for a while, but its snowballing and gets a little stale. What challenges have you guys tried to keep things fun?
