Cultures are horribly balanced, and most are completely useless.
Is there a mod that changes/rebalances them?
Give the nords an actually impactful boost when on water.
Give Sturgians their snow boost back.
Etc, etc.
It sounds so much easier than all the massive overhauls out there, but somehow i can't find any.
