STUCK AT BEGINING OF WARSAILS

I escorted the merchants and fought off two ships in a sea battle . I'm on the Scourge of the Seas quest. It tells me to talk to Gunnar via a golden exclamation point. I go to talk to him and he says thst he is waiting on new." What do I do now? It seems as though there are no obvious prompts and the quest still exists. I need help specifically with advancing this quest...I can't believe I am stuck this early in the game. If anyone has any advice, I'm really desperate. Modified Vanilla troop trees

Modified Vanilla troop trees

Hello everyone! While looking through some old xml files I had of the game I found a file of the old troop trees I made of the vanilla troops last year. Since I didn't like how the vanilla troops looked in game I decide to swap some of the gear and add more variety to their equipment. Some of the troops have some rough edges that I'll have to smoothen

Just wanted to ask you guys what's your opinion and if there is anything I could try adding? This is not a mod release, just a small project I was making to freshen my campaigns

PS: sorry for not sharing the troop tree for the Empire and Battania, I didn't get around changing all the troops, the screenshots only show the troop trees that have been revamped
