Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. If you use a female character, does the personality of your husband affect anything?

I've read that upstanding and martial lords won't marry you, but would marrying a lord that's cunning, bad-tempered, sadistic, or pitiless have a negative effect down the line?

If you rebel against the king, does your spouse join your new faction?
