Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [VC] Changing Recruitable Troop Cultures

Yo conquerors. Im playing VC and I am a Northvegr Pagan Lord. I own some foreign territory, Dunwic, Norwic and Nor Ham. I have built Norse Temples and after a long time, Nor Ham is finally a "bastion of my faith" but the units i recruit are always Angles. I was thinking they would be Norse after becoming pagan. Can anyone explain how religion and recruitment work together for me?
