Moving enemies are not a problem. But how do i hit non-moving targets as a horse archer?

I been playing for years, but just how do i am to reliably hit stationary targets when riding at full speed? even at 400+++ proficiency points i only hit the 1 in every 3 shots when riding a 50 speed courser.

My only way to reliably kill them is to do parthian shot, but most of the time i just give up on them and i go after the cavalry instead.
