Need character development help (warband)

Been trying to build a horse archer character, but I screwed up skill distribution on my first attempt (first characters almost always suck if you're a newbie) but this time I want to do it smart.

Stats: STR: 15, AGI: 12, INT: 5, CHA:12 Skills: 1 Ironflesh, 0 Power strike, 5 Power draw, 2 Weapon master, 4 Riding, 4 Horse archery, 1 Trainer, 4 Leadership (+4 unused skillpoints)

Should I go for maximum power draw immediately, or is there any other priority? Is it worth going for higher riding, or should I just go for an armored horse that needs riding 4? Should I leave all the INT-based party skills for my companions? Is Ironflesh any good? (I heard people praise it but +2 HP seems like a small advantage) Do I need higher AGI for, say, horse archery? I'm new to M&B and since skills cannot be reset I need advice badly, or I might end up with an another trash character :/
