What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? They keep coming with 1100 troop armies and I keep destroying them, shouldn’t the...

[PoP] planning my CKO

So once i can convince King Ulric to stop granting me every feif i ask for, and i can start a new kingdom of my own I have decided to start my own knighthood order.

Until then i've been drafting exciting plans, which i'd like feedback on.

For the knight i was thinking a Foot-Halberdier like the Shadow Wolves, but with throwing weapons, and a 2 hander to use during sieges. My first few questions are as such:

  1. Which is the best halberd/poleaxe/hammer?

  2. What throwing weapon should i use? (Assassin knives? Axes? Broadheads?)

  3. For my 2 hander i was thinking of going with a blunt weapon like a Great Hammer, this has an added bonus of being able to order them to use blunt only in sieges so that they dont fall to the same issue shadow wolves have. Is this worth it or should i just give them pendor great swords?

For the sergeants, i am having a hard time deciding between crossbow/heavy shield infantry, or horse archers. Both of these shore up weaknesses that the knights have, while the halberd knights can take down the heavy cavalry that cause problems for the sergeants.

Which do yall think would work better?
