Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Looking for an editor/trainer for Warband.

So years ago I remember using something that allowed me to change max party size for me and AI lords, colors of AI kingdoms, chances of escaping for lords, amount of peasants willing to join you in villages and toooons of other things. I can't for the life of me remember the name and couldn't find it on google. Do you guys know anything that would allow me to do that?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
