Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. What's the current mod for Native multi-player? cRPG/Mercenaries?

Hello, vile beggars!
I started playing M&B Multiplayer today and i had some fun playing infantry and occasionally, as a horsefucker when i got enough money, even then i don't really know how to manual block / parry that well and i don't know the "metagames" for MP since i was primarily a SP player for 3 years.

So, what is the current like..."must-have" mod of Native M&B? Something that adds to the experience and feels vanilla-ish (no NW/VC) and something that is not resource intensive as well.
