Perisno war problems

So, im playing Perisno and am making 15,000 gold a week with 750 men (150 in patrol, 300in castle, 300 in party) my party men are mostly high tier freelancer mercs and some tolarian infantry+ archers +some miscellaneous cavalry from people ive saved and such. Now, im a vassal in the tolarian kingdom and am really ready for war and have been for like 2 months in-game but my king wont declare war on ANYONE. Maccavia stabbed us in the ass previously when we were at ear with drahara and redwood when they declared war on us. We or more accurately i best them all to a pulp. Now maccavia has a 2- front war and are losing quite some amounts of men and are losing slightly to their ennemies. My king wont even with my advice declare war. What can i do to make him declare a fucking war cause i cant keep going to entertainement guildsmen to keep the morale high
