Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. [PoP] No Chancellor Bug

Okay so I started a new kingdom as a female character, however when i moved my capital to a town i was never given the option to have a chancellor, as such I moved my capital (again) hoping that would fix it

It did not

any idea how to fix a no chancellor bug so i can change my nation's culture?
