Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Remove VC features in A World of Ice and Fire

How do i can i turn it off? Its want to removed because i can't enter to cities it takes to long. I saw that in the forum it say that it was in options, but i can't find it.
