Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [HELP] ACOK 3.1 Crashing/ Seems to be an event causing it

It just started crashing and seems to be related to a diplomacy event or something. I've included a screenshot and also the rgl log. Happens at this moment every time.

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
