Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How the hell do I find unique spawns?

Alaric just spawned, supposedly near sarleon, but I can't fucking find this dude. I'm right by sarleon when he spawned but I see no sign of him. I want to get him before he gets wrecked by another asshole army.
