Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. (AWoIaF) Any good guides out there?

I just started playing the mod and it's hard as all hell. I managed to win a tournament after buying a really heavy ax to get through the armour which the enemies can wear into tournaments. I can't buy enterprises without the lords approval being better but all the lords I talk to are at something like -10 with me. I don't even know if the enterprises are worth a lot in this game. Any tips or useful guides couldn't find much useful info through google.
