Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. This game has not aged well, what's some mods to help the gameplay mechanics out?

I first played mount and blade almost 10 years ago and loved it. I have war band now and I hate it, like it is making me so irrationally frustrated bc I got blue balls and can't scratch an itch.

The sand box is perfect, but the combat is abysmal by today's standards. I want this game set up with witcher 3 combat. Any mods help or a similar game with improved combat?
