Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [PoP] How much grinding is POP?

I've put in like 15 hours and I've literally done nothing but level up and be a merc. How much grinding is this mod?

What else is there to do that's fun? How many hours until its feasible to take your own town?
