Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [AWOIAF] Bug Help

Is it normal for settlements to take 15 seconds to load when I enter it? Such as when I click on King's Landing, it takes 25 Seconds for the settlement to display the usual "Visit Tavern" "Trade with Locals" menu and it's extremely frustrating. I have an I7 6700k and a GTX 1060 So I don't assume this is a system error. Any help?
