Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. [AWOIAF] Bug Help

Is it normal for settlements to take 15 seconds to load when I enter it? Such as when I click on King's Landing, it takes 25 Seconds for the settlement to display the usual "Visit Tavern" "Trade with Locals" menu and it's extremely frustrating. I have an I7 6700k and a GTX 1060 So I don't assume this is a system error. Any help?
