Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Questions about playing as a woman

I'm playing as a woman and am yet to join a faction. I've gotten my renown up to around 200 and am just waiting on some faction to fall behind so I can join them and help them regain their former glory (I don't much enjoy playing from a position of strength). However, I've never played as a woman and wanted to know if there are factions to avoid and any useful mechanics specific to the fairer sex?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
