Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. What's The Feature You Completely Missed?

What did you only realize after playing the game for an absurd amount of time?

For me, it was realizing about ~775 Hrs in about proper lance couching and the difference between a lance and spear.
