Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Camelphracts/Armoured Camelry?

I am wondering if we would ever see armour for camels in the future whether it be implemented by the devs or a modder. As they did exist, for example if you look up the Grivpanvar they used armoured camelry and used long heavy spears. I think it would be a great addition for at least the Aserai or at least the Southern Empire.
