Is anyone else finding it difficult to level up charm for family members?

About official launch of the full game

I heard in some videos that the full version of the game is supposed to come out in April or July. Is this true? Also what promises did the devs make, what did they say will be added on full launch of the game?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
