Shokuho loading times

Hiya! Just started Shokuho! First impressions of the actual gameplay are very positive, but I'm finding it hard to get to it. It's obviously in need of some serious optimization. Seems like every time I visit a new area, I have to wait for a long time, sometimes many minutes, for "shader compiling." What happens to the dragon banner if I support a main faction and the faction leader ends up dying?

I’m currently +1,000 into a campaign as a vassal of the Northern Empire and I still have the dragon banner in my possession. I’m wondering what would happen to the dragon banner if I give the dragon banner to Penton (the current ruler of the northern empire) if he where to end up dying.

Would I get the dragon banner back if I became emperor of the Northern Empire? If I do get it back this way what happens to it if I die as emperor?

What happens to the dragon banner if another vassal becomes ruler?

Can you even get the dragon banner back?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
