Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Acok 3.1 has turned into its usual stalemate, has anyone found out which events unlock diplomacy?

My game needs some spice, and I'm sick of the vale, crackclaw point and the 3 sisters sitting in their asses while the seven kingdoms are ripe for conquest
