Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Any idea what determines how long troops take to upgrade?

I am trying to create some custom troops to add to the end of a troop tree in Morgh's Editor, and I got them all decked out how I wanted but discovered they take literal eons to train up from the previous tier. It is really strange, not like I am having them jump up by 20 levels , just 6-8. Just sucks that it makes them sort if not viable for use, since I only have like 5 at a time, so does anyone here know if you can somehow modify this training time, or change how much xp they need to upgrade?
