Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Battle Royal is pretty hot right now (a la PU:Battlegrounds). Anyone else think it'd be a good fit for M&B?

Servers , matchmaking & "zoning" the map seem like the biggest hurdles in my very uniformed opinion. Think it'd be hella fun to scavenge M&B weapons (and horses) in a last man/clan standing FFA though!

I don't think something comparable exists but I bet the idea's crossed someone else's mind. Potential Bannerlord modders take heed xD

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
