Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [WB] Own kingdom, at war with two, nothing proceeding?

So basically I put Isolla of Suno on the throne and buggered off to start my own kingdom. I chose an arguably horrible spot but picked up two lords, each with their own castle.

I've now mucked about in this situation for an hour or two, absolutely going nowhere. Both factions 'might soon end in a truce' but they decline my 2-3 persuasion followers asking for it.

I'm out of ideas of what I could do. I got 87 honor and 1200 renown, nobody wants to join me and I can't do much since I'm basically being camped by 2100 troops (who never siege me) and all the closest keeps require siege towers.

Can I like, force either into war with another faction somehow?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
