Is it too much to give 1 town, 1 castle, and 3 villages to a single Lord

Right now I made my own kingdom, I have only Wercheg and Sargoth and 2 castle nearby. Irya is only vassal I have. My question is is it too much to give him Wercheg, 1 Alburq castle and all their villages to him ?
