Is my game not updating

Taking over a faction

So I recently watched a video (https://youtu.be/1r6eWgwnR_Q) and it said you can take over a faction by "accidentally" killing it's leader in a battle.

I tried killing Mochung for 2 hours now, but he never dies. I did about 15 battles, he survived every one of them. I was using a noble bow, but maybe that's not strong enough?

Is this actually possible, or was it patched?

    i HAVE TRIED THE SAME WITH VLANDIAN KING 3 TIMES WITH A POWERFUL MODDED BOW, STRONGER THEN nOBLE BOW AND HE DIDNT DIE. I THINK ITS MISINFORMATION THAT YOU CAN KILL THE KINGDOM LEADER AND TAKE THEIR PLACE WITH THE PARTY WITH MOST INFLUENCE.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
