Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. btw where the hell is v1.3.13 anyway?

so im using v1.3.12 on steam and couldnt find on the version tab. but when i try to research on the internet there are 1.3.13 files. how? how can they get the latest but i can not? thanks.
