Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How do you build YOUR clan

Do you start your main character as a combat master or do you start political or somewhere in-between In the words of Ser Bronn of the Blackwater "That's how all the great houses started, isn't it? With a hard bastard who was good at killing people, kill a few hundred people, they make you a lord, kill a few thousand, they make you king."
