Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How do people do overhead/upswing without moving their camera up?

Saw this video https://youtu.be/UBqYN-JxvRQ?t=82 @1:22 and was wondering how they upswing without moving the camera up. Is this person using movement keys for their attack direction? It almost looks like he binds his upswing to a specific key.
