Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Hero troops

Do yall put your fellow faction members into battle as a hero troop? I’ve started to fill the infantry with them but it’s kinda sad when they die lmao

Is it worth using them in battle? Does their high skill make a big enough difference?
