Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. First time winning vastly outnumbered.

The stars aligned and I actually won a siege defense super outnumbered. Like 1700 vs 300. Ai actually targeted enemy siege engines accurately which helped a lot and my console didn’t crash lol. In the end it was just my party with just 11 infantry and a random assortment of 26 archers left holding a flight of stairs and me with like 2 hp and a dream. I know most of you have won crazy battles like this but this one was my first (of many hopefully). The loot was crazy.
