Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Pros and cons of different naval troops(not counting nords)

I've been messing around a bit with the other kingdoms new naval troops and I wanted to see which kingdom people think has the best naval troops outside of the nords and what uses each kingdoms naval troops have to offer.
