Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Horse archers not horse archering

I decided to finally do a horse archers party after practically never using them in past runs. I am running the current version of war sails and when I did F1+F3 assuming it would do the encircling from a distance, I was unhappy to see them charge straight in with their melees. I also tried F1+F4 but they just stayed constantly about 20 ft away from infantry constantly walking away so they never get a clear shot. What am I doing wrong? Is it war sails?
