Can I use clan member marriages to raise relations.

My brother Nogand and his wife Corien made a shit ton of nieces and nephews while me and my wife Elys made like three. Right now I‘m just waiting for them to come of age and start marrying them off on some Walder type of shit. Every one of our blood has a place in my clan.
