Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Mod that does custom banners?

I'm looking for a mod that will allow me to import images or use custom images for my Clan/Kingdom, as well as allow me to create a separate banner for my Kingdom that isn't the same as my Clan's. Does anyone have anything, or does that not exist yet?
