Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is War Sails worth it?

I imagine this has been asked a million times but im kinda new to this, so sorry. Since steam regional pricing fucking sucks, im in a second world country but pay more than Americans, is it worth it to buy War sails? It has negative reviews but seems really cool
