Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Could you create a kingdom then leave it?

Battania got wiped off the map within three years in my game.

Could I theoretically make a new kingdom, call it Battania, same color and laws, recruit some Battanian clans, and then leave?

Would they elect a new leading clan and practically continue as Battania?

Could you then go and create another kingdom afterward?
