Horse coat colors in Bannerlord — looking for feedback

For anyone who wants to check the current version, the mod is called Marches Remember and it is available on both Steam Workshop and Nexus Mods.

I kept the main post focused on feedback because I’m mainly looking for thoughts on the horse / stablemaster system, especially coat selection, fixed horse colors, and how much control players should have.
